Wings For Life Formula One Challenge 2014

by Nikki Needham on July 17, 2015

Last year we had the privilege of being involved with the wings for life formula one challenge which ran alongside the formula one season. The challenge was to raise more money than the other competing companies! At the half way stage in June 2014 we were in first place and had the opportunity to go to see the British Grand Prix and also have a guided tour of the Redbull F1 pits. It was amazing to see that parts we’d spent long hours working on actually being used on the car. We also were given an ex RedBull formula one car to have in our factory for the day, attracting loads of people and raise even more money for the charity. Overall we managed to raise a whopping £15,405! So a massive thanks to everyone that contributed towards the challenge and helped us achieve it!
